What is the difference between registration and activation?
Registration gives you a username and a password to get to access the user area of Rechargespot. However, activation is what avails you the opportunity to enjoy the numerous benefits that are available on Rechargespot.

What are the benefits?
When you register, you get a username and a password. When you activate, you get airtime credit and SMS credit. When you refer someone, you get airtime credit. For example, if you are on the STANDARD plan and refer someone to the same level, you get N500 compensation (which is 50% of your level) as airtime. If you refer up to 100 people at this level, you get N500 X 100 which is equal to N50, 000 in airtime!

The people that are currently incorporated into the Rechargespot platform are the users of MTN, GLO, Zain and Etisalat.

What do I get if I refer someone who is in a plan that is lower than the one I am on?
You will get 40% of the person’s activation fee as airtime credit. To keep enjoying the level you are in, you have to refer those who are either in the same plan with you or in a higher plan.

What do I get if I refer someone who is in a plan that is higher than the one I am on?
You will still get 40% of the activation fee you paid for your plan as airtime credit. If you want to enjoy the benefits of a higher level, you will need to upgrade to that level.

Can I use Rechargespot to organize my call budget?
Yes. You can have N20, 000 on your Rechargespot account and buy airtime and SMS credit whenever you want to and from wherever you are even without internet connection or a special phone. How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
All you need to do is to pay the activation fee for the level you want to upgrade or download to. But note that you cannot upgrade or downgrade when your account is still active.

What is Account/Membership Maintenance?
MEMBERSHIP MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED AFTER 120 DAYS [4 MONTHS] FROM ACTIVATION DATE.
RechargeSpot members may not need to keep refering people to the system. Our system is designed to track all your referal for you. You will automatically continue to get your FREE Airtime each time any of your referals maintains HIs/Her membership status.
